A new term starts...

Where did the Summer go?! Term starts again on Wednesday (8th Sept) - looking forward to seeing everyone & catching up. We're sure the children can't wait to plunge back in to all the activities and see all their friends again.
The theme for Autumn term is 'Myself' and the children will be able to make books all about themselves, as well as paint & decorate their own self-portraits...could be interesting!! There will also be a visit to First School to meet up with the children who left Pre-School in July, plus the children will be catching up with Reverend Janet to celebrate Harvest Festival.
Amongst all the fun, the Pre-Schoolers also have some new recipes to try out in the kitchen and they will be creating a life-size Scarecrow - watch this space for a photo of it!

Sports Day 2010

We had glorious sunshine for this year's Sports day, and the children were brilliant! There were lots of fun races including egg and spoon, balancing a bean bag on your head and a very funny race where the children ran to collect hats buckets and spades. They all were rewarded with certificates and medals for taking part.

Well done also to the folks who took part in the Mums and Dads races! You all deserve a BIG pat on the back.
